hubbrand beta

Terms of Service

Effective date:

For information about personal data, read our Privacy Policy.

Beta is free, but experimental. Features can change, data can be lost, and accounts and assets can be removed without prior notice. Please read these terms and keep your own backups.

1. Using hubbrand

These terms apply to hubbrand, our brand hub creation and sharing platform. By signing up, you agree to these terms. Keep your account details accurate and your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the content you upload or share.

2. Beta access and risk

hubbrand is a beta version: an experimental service still being developed and tested. You sign up and use it at your own risk. It may contain errors, become unavailable, or behave unexpectedly. Do not rely on the beta as your only means of storing assets or delivering work.

3. No fees during beta

There is no platform fee while hubbrand is in beta. Free beta access does not guarantee that the platform will remain free after beta. If we introduce paid access, we will explain pricing and any new conditions before asking you to opt in. Signing up for beta does not authorize future charges. Any third-party services you choose to use may have their own fees.

4. Platform changes

We may change, replace, restrict, or discontinue the platform, its functions, features, limits, integrations, or the way it operates during beta. These changes may affect existing hubs and workflows, and may happen without prior notice, except where the law requires otherwise. Features available today are not a commitment to future availability.

5. Data loss and backups

Data loss may occur during beta. Your hubs, files, assets, settings, or other content may be lost, corrupted, overwritten, or deleted, including during updates or maintenance. We do not guarantee backups, restoration, or recovery. Keep independent copies of all important assets and content.

6. Account and asset removal

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to suspend or remove accounts and delete their hubs, content, and assets without prior notice, to the extent permitted by law. This may happen during beta even if you have not breached these terms. Removal may be permanent, and we cannot promise an opportunity to export or recover content. Keep your own backups.

7. Content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of your content and permit us to store, process, and display it to operate the service. Upload only material you have permission to use. Do not infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, harass people, or use the platform unlawfully. Our software and branding remain ours.

8. Availability and liability

The beta is provided as available, without promises of reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from beta use, including interruptions and lost data. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Third parties and updates to these terms

External services have their own policies. We may update these terms and will publish the current version here, with notice of material changes on the platform or by email. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
